You started this journey hoping to feel better in your body. Now you may be wondering what to eat when nothing sounds good, how to make nourishment a priority, or what comes next as your needs change.
You deserve support that considers all of you—your nourishment, digestion, energy, strength, emotions, and the life you’re actually living.
I’m Adina Robinson, a licensed acupuncturist and health coach. Through my eight-week Nourish & Thrive coaching program, I help women build practical, nourishing habits while using GLP-1/GIP medications or navigating life after stopping.
We meet online, start where you are, and find your next doable steps together

Maybe meals feel like an afterthought until you realize you’ve barely eaten. You’re trying to get enough nourishment, but a full plate feels overwhelming.
You may be sorting through changing hunger cues, digestive discomfort, or advice that seems to contradict itself. You want to feel strong and well, and you’re wondering whether your everyday habits are giving your body what it needs.
Or perhaps you’re thinking ahead: What happens if my medication changes? How will I care for myself afterward?
You don’t need to have the answers before we begin.
Nourish & Thrive gives us space to work through those questions together, so you can spend less energy second-guessing yourself and feel more confident about your next steps.
This is private support for making nourishment and self-care work in your real life.
Over eight weeks, we meet for eight individual Zoom sessions. Together, we create a personalized plan around your goals, your challenges, and what feels manageable right now.
Our work may include:
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate acupressure, Chinese dietary therapy, mind-body practices, and individualized herbal or nutritional supplement recommendations when appropriate.
We begin with what will make the biggest difference for you, then build from there.
I’m Adina Robinson, licensed acupuncturist, Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, health coach, intuitive healer, and the SoulFULL Sista.
For nearly 20 years in private practice, I’ve helped people care for themselves through changing bodies, busy lives, and new seasons of health.
My background in Traditional Chinese Medicine shapes how I work. I pay attention to the connections between how you eat, how you sleep, how you feel, and what your days ask of you.
Your plan needs to make sense on an ordinary Tuesday—not just on the days when you have extra time and energy.
I meet you where you are, help you figure out where you want to be, and help you get there.
